The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to Clause 21 of the Law "On Advertising" (re Warning against Self-Treatment to accompany the Advertisements of Medicine)

The Law supplements part four of clause 21 of the Law "On Advertising", whereby advertisements of medicine, medical equipment, methods of prevention, diagnostics, treatment and rehabilitation shall include the following warning "self-treatment can be dangerous for your health", occupying at least 15 per cent of the advertising volume.

The draft is registered under Reg. No. 4708.
